Learn
by doing a two step Yes or No System to better decisions based
on the book Yes or No: A Guide To Better Decisions by Spencer Johnson,
M.D. It incorporates a practical mental question with a private heart question.
Three parts of the private question are integrity, intuition and insight.
Each participant individually with the help of two classmates will practice
solving a problem using this system. Then they will come together and join
efforts to solve a group problem using a model adapted from The Skilled
Facilitator Practical Wisdom For Developing Effective Groups by Roger
M. Schwarz. This application of decision-making for a group situation will
use a fun exercise called "Temple Treasure".
