Effective
meetings rarely happen. Meaningful exchanges with one person can be difficult;
exchanging information and ideas with several people can be a challenge.
To many people meetings mean frustration and wasted time. Making Meetings
Effective shows how to make the most of the time and brain power of
the people gathered for a meeting. We focus on how we talk with
each other and which verbal skills lead to high and low performance. Ground
rules are used as a guide throughout the seminar to generate effective
group and interpersonal behavior. To be able to successfully work together
in groups, participants will practice following a proven strategy,
that when followed consistently, many of the typical obstacles that occur
in meetings are avoided. Come and learn by doing.
