An organizational effectiveness strategist, facilitator and instructor, Diana Vandel is the founder and president of Winning Solutions. She provides stimulating learning programs that enhance individual and collective performance through experiential learning techniques. With more than 25 years of experience in management and education, her work has been marked by innovation and vision. Formerly the administrator of a health care facility, Vandel has hands-on experience in developing

and implementing progressive organizational systems and training programs. She was a pioneer in instituting participatory management, and she employed exemplary practices long before they became the norm.

Vandel calls upon her background in music, as well as business and education, to orchestrate very carefully thought-out learning concepts and strategies. Instead of designing one training program to solve one specific problem, she takes an integrated, global approach that addresses a myriad of interrelated issues impinging upon today's workplaces.

Diana graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in music education. She is listed in five Who's Who: Who's Who of American Woman, Who's Who in the South and Southwest, Who's Who in Finance and Industry, Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in America. She is a former member of the National Association of Female Executives and former President Elect and Vice-president of Membership for the Austin Chapter of the International Society of Performance Improvement.
